\u00a0The requirements for this position are:<\/p>\n
\tA suitable professional qualification.
\n\tPrior teaching experience in a boys\u2019 school would be preferable.
\n\tMathematics and Sciences specialisation would be advantageous.
\n\tAn excellent teacher who can engage and inspire young boys whilst understanding the considerable part all teachers play in supporting children emotionally, and the significant link this has to academic achievement.
\n\tCommitment to accommodate students with diverse backgrounds, preferences, cultures, and association.
\n\tRecords of innovation, commitment, and professionalism.
\n\tWillingness to embrace rapid changes in education, sound knowledge of current trends and methodologies\/pedagogy in education and interest and ability to\u00a0integrate ICT into teaching and learning activities.
\n\tCommitment to on-going personal and professional development.
\n\tAwareness of the nature of the school and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos, co-curricular activities and pastoral approach.
\n\tThe ability to coach a variety of sports offered at the Boys\u2019 Prep would be an advantage.
