\tTo operate as business support for CIB HR by formulating, analysing, communicating and validating requirements in relation to HR systems and processes. To understand business problems and identify solutions to enable CIB to achieve its people focused goals.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRepresent CIB HR in Group HR solutions and processes\/practices and HR2.0 technology related workstreams, to ensure CIB HR requirements are taken into account
\n\tAssist in defining, clarifying and clearly articulating CIB HR business requirements (with an enterprise view) in terms of the agreed approach and to ensure that CIB is compliant
\n\tProvide expert knowledge on HR systems being developed, including support in the identification of defects, oversight of their resolution, and identification of areas of further improvement
\n\tSeek opportunities to improve HR processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank.
\n\tEnsure HR system product specifications are accurate, complete and in line with all relevant standards and requirements, i.e. user procedures; technical specifications; and business requirements by reviewing and making appropriate recommendations.
\n\tDevelop trusting relationships with internal stakeholders by ensuring proactive communication between stakeholders and the functional team remain optimised.
\n\tMeet stakeholder requirements by ensuring that the product and process design (from the solution design team) agrees with the required business specifications.
\n\tEnsure work completed to plan by adhering to agreed timelines and following the project plan.
\n\tProvide functional system support to the CIB HR community by accurately identifying, analysing, and resolving system queries by understanding the products, processes and systems.
\n\tUndertake analysis of data and advise CIB HR on required clean-ups
\n\tIdentify any risks that system, process and other changes pose to business as usual activities
\n\tCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that business requirements have been delivered by reviewing test scenarios\/cases to ensure they have sufficient coverage, maintain oversight of the testing, support testers throughout the testing life cycle and provide a recommendation that sign-off of UAT can be provided
\n\tIdentify and lead HR Process optimisation and automation
\n\tProvide\/document the ‘as is’ process and provide input into the \u2018to be\u2019 process design, including advising what is operationally feasible
\n\tDevelop and execute change management plans to support the implementation of changes\/enhancements to HR systems and processes
\n\tProvide training to the CIB HR community during the operationalisation of systems, process or other changes
\n\tProvide input into the artefacts and impact assessments completed by the CIB change management team
\n\tEnsure that all management actions have been executed before operationalising a solution<\/p>\n
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate
\n\tAdvanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualification<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience Level<\/p>\n
\tTotal number of years’ experience: 5-8 years’ experience in:
\n\tUnderstanding systems development and systems development Life Cycle
\n\tKnowledge of \/ experience with process analysis, automation\/optimisation and reporting
\n\tProject management and change management<\/p>\n
