To understand business problems and identify solutions to enable CIB to achieve its people focused goals.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresent CIB HR in Group HR solutions and processes\/practices and HR2.0 technology related workstreams, to ensure CIB HR requirements are taken into account<br \/>\n\tAssist in defining, clarifying and clearly articulating CIB HR business requirements (with an enterprise view) in terms of the agreed approach and to ensure that CIB is compliant<br \/>\n\tProvide expert knowledge on HR systems being developed, including support in the identification of defects, oversight of their resolution, and identification of areas of further improvement<br \/>\n\tSeek opportunities to improve HR processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank.<br \/>\n\tEnsure HR system product specifications are accurate, complete and in line with all relevant standards and requirements, i.e. user procedures; technical specifications; and business requirements by reviewing and making appropriate recommendations.<br \/>\n\tDevelop trusting relationships with internal stakeholders by ensuring proactive communication between stakeholders and the functional team remain optimised.<br \/>\n\tMeet stakeholder requirements by ensuring that the product and process design (from the solution design team) agrees with the required business specifications.<br \/>\n\tEnsure work completed to plan by adhering to agreed timelines and following the project plan.<br \/>\n\tProvide functional system support to the CIB HR community by accurately identifying, analysing, and resolving system queries by understanding the products, processes and systems.<br \/>\n\tUndertake analysis of data and advise CIB HR on required clean-ups<br \/>\n\tIdentify any risks that system, process and other changes pose to business as usual activities<br \/>\n\tCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that business requirements have been delivered by reviewing test scenarios\/cases to ensure they have sufficient coverage, maintain oversight of the testing, support testers throughout the testing life cycle and provide a recommendation that sign-off of UAT can be provided<br \/>\n\tIdentify and lead HR Process optimisation and automation<br \/>\n\tProvide\/document the &#8216;as is&#8217; process and provide input into the \u2018to be\u2019 process design, including advising what is operationally feasible<br \/>\n\tDevelop and execute change management plans to support the implementation of changes\/enhancements to HR systems and processes<br \/>\n\tProvide training to the CIB HR community during the operationalisation of systems, process or other changes<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the artefacts and impact assessments completed by the CIB change management team<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all management actions have been executed before operationalising a solution<\/p>\n<p>Essential Qualifications &#8211; NQF Level<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate<br \/>\n\tAdvanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Qualification<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s Degree or Equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience Level<\/p>\n<p>\tTotal number of years&#8217; experience: 5-8 years&#8217; experience in:<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding systems development and systems development Life Cycle<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of \/ experience with process analysis, automation\/optimisation and reporting<br \/>\n\tProject management and change management<\/p>\n<p>Technical \/ Professional Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\tChange management<br \/>\n\tProject Management<br \/>\n\tStakeholder management<br \/>\n\tManagement information and reporting principles, tools and mechanisms<br \/>\n\tGovernance Risks and Controls<br \/>\n\tRelevant regulatory knowledge<br \/>\n\tBusiness Acumen<br \/>\n\tHuman Resource Policies And Practices<\/p>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tEarning Trust<br \/>\n\tCommunication<br \/>\n\tInitiating Action<br \/>\n\tBuilding partnerships<br \/>\n\tPlanning and Organizing<br \/>\n\tTechnical\/Professional Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.nedbank.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Nedbank","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.nedbank.co.za","_company_tagline":"Nedbank Group Limited is a bank holding company that operates as one of the four largest banking groups in South Africa.
