We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Assistant Manager\/Team Leader with a minimum of 4+ years in Call Centre management to lead our team in delivering secure and exceptional customer service in the financial services industry. The role involves managing a team of 100 Customer Service Consultants, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting performance targets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This is position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in team leadership, process optimization, and compliance in a financial services environment or similar.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nTeam Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTraining of Customer Service Consultants to maintain a high-performing team.\u00a0
\n\tProvide hands-on leadership by coaching, motivating, and supporting consultants to deliver top-tier customer service.\u00a0
\n\tConduct regular performance reviews, give constructive feedback, and create development plans to elevate team members\u2019 skills and performance.\u00a0
\n\tDealing with Employee related issues and with Disciplinary procedures.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Operations Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOversee all daily Call Centre team, including managing inbound and outbound call flow, scheduling, and real-time performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the customer experience.\u00a0
\n\tAddress and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high service standards.\u00a0
\n\tImplement robust quality assurance processes, including call monitoring, feedback sessions, and regular customer satisfaction assessments.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies to maintain customer trust and data integrity.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Analysis and Reporting:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProduce weekly and monthly reports for management, with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Training and Development:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and compliance awareness within the team.\u00a0
\n\tFoster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning, aligns with company values, and promotes employee growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Special Tasks and Projects:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead or support outbound campaigns and special projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4+ years of experience in a Call Centre management\/team leader role
\n\tProven track record of managing a large Call Centre team
\n\tProven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a high-pressure, customer focused environment.\u00a0
\n\tStrong knowledge of Call Centre technology, including CRM systems.\u00a0
\n\tProven Microsoft Suite and Excel Skills.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n
