Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBusiness or Marketing Degree (MBA highly advantageous)
\n\t10+ years\u2019 post-qualification experience
\n\tMinimum 3 years in a senior management role with team leadership
\n\tProven field sales experience and marketing exposure, including agency management
\n\tPreferred Industry Exposure: Mining, IT solutions, supply chain\/logistics, or security
\n\tTechnical & Core Skills
\n\tStrategic business development and market expansion expertise
\n\tStrong leadership and team-building capabilities
\n\tAdvanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
\n\tCommercial acumen and problem-solving ability
