Qualifications
\nMinimum Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years related experience.
\n\tCandidates must have an Architectural Qualification.
\n\tIt is desired that the candidate should be SACAP registered.
\n\tMust possess strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills with experience on complex projects.
\n\tCommitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
\n\tCandidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and BIM proficiency can be an advantage.
\n\tMust have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as Blue Beam.
\n\tCandidates should also have strong digital modeling skills and possess well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
