PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tThe Workshop Foreman has the primary responsibility to make sure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate service.<\/p>\n
KEY OUTPUTS:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure an efficient and focused customer service in a passenger car workshop.
\n\tEffectively and efficiently manage the team (Workshop, Service Advisors and Service Admin staff).
\n\tManage the operations (debt collection, invoicing, quoting, warranty claims, productivity, customer satisfaction).
\n\tAdherence to Company processes and systems.
\n\tTo maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
\n\tTo take accountability for staff recruitment, training and development.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tMust have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in same or similar role with strong automotive industry knowledge.
\n\tTo have contactable references and good track record.
\n\tSkills and Personal Attributes\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer orientation.
\n\tStrong Technical Knowledge.
\n\tSound knowledge of processes and systems.
\n\tMust have financial planning skills, strategic planning skills, excellent CSI.
\n\tA self-driven and service oriented person.
\n\tYou should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership competencies and the ability to interact with all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.<\/p>\n
