\tResponsible for personnel adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements, hygiene and good housekeeping.
\n\tCompliance with SOPs
\n\tEnsure that SOPs training (QA and cGMP) is completed in accordance with the training plan\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that new incumbents are put through induction training.
\n\tInitiate, update, review and approve SOPs. Participate in both external and internal inspections:
\n\tEnsure that internal audits are conducted as per schedule and that findings are closed on time as per action plan.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure no repeat of the audit findings particularly critical or major findings.<\/p>\n
Documentation:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the registers forheduled substances (narcotics) are upto-date.
\n\tEnsuring completion of Batch manufacturing\/packing records prior to submission to QA. \u00a0
\n\tEnsure that registers for the storage rooms where products are kept are up-to-date.<\/p>\n
Customer complaints:<\/p>\n
\tConduct thorough investigation for every received complaint.
\n\tCompile a comprehensive report timeously.
\n\tEnsure that the CAPAs are implemented.
\n\tComplete all records and reports timeously and accurately as described in the relevant SOPs protocols and associated documentation.
\n\tOperational activities
\n\tEnsure that line opening\/clearance, in process checks (IPC) and line closing are done in accordance with SOP.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that products are produced, packed and stored according to the required SOP and documentation.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that QMS is followed and adhered to at all times in terms of;
\n\tDocumentation and investigation of Deviations,
\n\tRaising of CAPAs, Change Controls and their timeous closure and effective implementation.\u00a0
\n\tReporting of non-conformities with respect to both the product and the environmentals as described in the relevant SOPs.\u00a0
\n\tVerify the identity of bulk product and printed packaging material.
\n\tEnsure that materials and product are correctly handled, stored and recorded.
\n\tMonitor production processes by overseeing critical process parameters of various packaging stages.
\n\tInvestigate incidents that resulted in non-conforming products.
\n\tEnsure that the staff comply with the dress code.
\n\tValidation, Calibration and Qualification.
\n\tFacilitate and participate in qualification, validation studies.
\n\tEnsure effective technology and skills transfer.
\n\tHealth, safety and environmental standards.
\n\tEnsuring that no disabling injuries by ensuring that protective clothing is worn and no machinery poses a safety hazard.
\n\tReport any incident which may affect personnel health or cause injury to the SHE representative or line manager.
\n\tCarry out any duty or requirements imposed on the company by the OHS Act and in accordance with your specific SHE appointment.
\n\tHuman recourses (Compliance to labour law).
\n\tEnsure that staff are offered the necessary training\/skills to carry out their duties effectively and per operational requirements.
\n\tFamiliarize yourself with company policies and procedures and comply with them at all the times.
\n\t\u00a0Any other function that the manager may delegate from time to time.<\/p>\n
