\tReview and provide input, assisting when needed with the compilation of new enterprise budgets during technical and financial sessions to ensure that the budgets used for credit applications are accurate.
\n\tAssist with training internal users on the use of enterprise budgets.
\n\tBenchmark budgets on an annual basis.
\n\tAssist with compiling, maintaining, and regularly reviewing (benchmarking) applicable norms and guidelines related to measuring farm financial performance, mechanization and contractor costs, rental values for different types of farmlands, and RMVs for soft commodities, livestock, game, and vegetables for internal use.
\n\tAssist with compiling, maintaining, and regularly reviewing productive values (PVs) of
\n\tfarmland (rainfed, irrigation, perennial, natural, and planted pastures) within the Senwes geographical service area.<\/p>\n
Agricultural Economic Related Services<\/p>\n
\tConduct Agricultural Economic Feasibility (AEF) studies for clients, both internal and external.
\n\tAdd value through data analysis and provide recommendations to clients.
\n\tPlan mechanisation for both internal and external clients.
\n\tCommunicate business intelligence effectively and timeously to relevant parties, where and when applicable.
\n\tAssist with risk mitigation for high-risk clients by supporting the development and
\n\timplementation of turnaround or exit strategies.
\n\tTransfer information by communicating relevant business and market insights to clients.
\n\tAttend to ad hoc subject-specific enquiries.<\/p>\n
E-Bureau<\/p>\n
\tRecruit E-Bureau participants as needed to ensure the data is representative of the Senwes Area of Interest.
\n\tCompile and interpret E-Bureau reports.
\n\tAssist with the continuous improvement of the current E-Bureau model to shorten turnaround times, ensure clients receive their information and feedback promptly, and minimise errors.
\n\tEnsure value is added through data analysis and recommendations to clients.
\n\tEstablish and maintain lasting business relationships with internal and external clients.
\n\tBenchmark information to support decision-making.
\n\tLiaise between E-Bureau clients and other business units of Senwes, where and when applicable.
\n\tCommunicate business intelligence effectively and timeously to relevant parties, where and when applicable.
\n\tGet involved in high-value transactions to enable the successful delivery of value-adding business solutions to clients.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Marketing and Liaison<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and maintain lasting business relationships with internal and external clients.

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience: At least 3 -5 years relevant experience.
\n\tQualification: B.Sc. Agric or B.Com. with Agricultural Economics as a major subject. Completion of an Honours degree in Agricultural Economics is highly recommended.<\/p>\n
