Overview<\/p>\n
\tYou will need to be extremely driven, demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow yourself through your craft, be proactive and a team player. You must have a good command of languages and be up to date with various platforms.
\n\tAs a Junior creative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, integrated concepts that exceed client briefs and expectations. You\u2019ll need to understand briefs & strategy, be media agnostic, agile and a self-starter. You will need to have a good command of at least 1 vernacular language.
\n\tMust be able to work on one sizable project at a time, or multiple small jobs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tBe part of the briefing process and interrogate the brief to get the answers you need
\n\tManage the creative process on your projects (no need to be chased)
\n\tWork with other disciplines (Strategists, Developers, Media, Accounts, etc.) to ensure integration and alignment with broader business objectives
\n\tBe a champion for innovative media solutions on every brief
\n\tUnderstand campaign roll out
\n\tParticipate in pitches for new business
\n\tDefine the tone of your campaigns
\n\tManage multiple projects simultaneously
\n\tGenerate ideas and sell them into other members of the team
\n\tArticulate creative ideas clearly.
\n\tConsistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
\n\tMake sure to volunteer for brainstorms
\n\tCompile presentations for clients, and learn to present
\n\tAttend client briefings & if required, present to clients
\n\tAttend recordings & shoots
\n\tStay on trend by sourcing inspirational material and references for the studio<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust have a minimum of 1-2 years\u2019 experience.
\n\tGood understanding of the latest digital platforms, use of Mobile, out-of-home, guerrilla, activations etc.
\n\tGreat time management
\n\tAbility to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
\n\tAdept problem-solving skills
\n\tStrong communication skills and clear articulation of ideas
\n\tPresent at least 2 unexpected ideas to your CD monthly
\n\tMust have won or received a finalist placing at industry student awards.<\/p>\n
