\tWe are looking for a Product Consultant in Tembisa to ensure product\/service exposure, increased sales, and achievement of targets by representing the company and its services to the trade in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.<\/p>\n
As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Customer Experience Management<\/p>\n
\tManage customer vetting and registration
\n\tManage rental process
\n\tGather feedback and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the rental service
\n\tMonitoring and managing inventory including the storing, tracking and maintenance of equipment<\/p>\n
\u00a0Inventory Management<\/p>\n
\tMonitoring and managing inventory including the;
\n\tStoring
\n\tTracking
\n\tMaintaining of equipment
\n\tCharging devices<\/p>\n
3. Managing & Ensuring Compliance<\/p>\n
\tStandards & Discipline Management
\n\tBrand Management & Compliance onsite
\n\tHSSE compliance
\n\tNon-Compliance Escalation
\n\tReporting and KPI’s<\/p>\n
Delivery of Quality Reporting & Insights<\/p>\n
\tFeedback on what is working and what is not working,
\n\tRed flag escalations of issues encountered on the sites,
\n\tSpeedy response to resolve issues that are encountered,
\n\tProvide insights gained from customer interactions<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tCapture daily, weekly and monthly reports based on customer interactions and sales
\n\tIdentify challenges and corrective actionsCustomer Satisfaction and Service
\n\tGather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution
\n\tBuild and maintain strong working relationships<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Qualifications: \u00a0 \u00a0Matric
\n\tMinimum Experience:2-3 years\u2019 experience in commission-based sales in Retail environment<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSales and Marketing knowledge
\n\tCustomer Service Skills
\n\tSelf management
\n\tEffective administration and communication skills
