ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the Talent Requisition process
\n\tSupport with Internal Documentation preparation for a broad range of Employee Relation\u2019s Communication
\n\tEffective Coordination and management of the Onboarding Program
\n\tSupport the execution of the Career Development agenda\u00a0
\n\tAid with SOX Audit preparation
\n\tAid with BBBEE annual certification\u00a0 preparation
\n\tAssist the BBBEE and Skills Development teams.
\n\tSupport and coordinate the execution of the annual\u00a0 learning and development calendar.
\n\tCoordinate activities related to effective running of the the learnership program
\n\tAssist in organizing training and attending to other training administration
\n\tAssist in administration duties for the Compensation and Benefits team
\n\tEnsuring personnel records are maintained, updated and accurate and that the records are kept secure and confidential.
\n\tSupport with miscellaneous orientation and guidance to internal stakeholders when necessary\u00a0
\n\tWork with the HRBP\u2019s on Culture related initiatives
\n\tAttend other HR duties as and when required.
\n\tLead employee engagement activities.
\n\tReview and regularly develop \/ customize HR reports & metrics to suit business needs
\n\tSupport and coordinate activities related to management of\u00a0 the Graduate Program<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\tMinimum B.Com Degree \/ Honors s preferable in
\n\tHuman Resources
\n\tIndustrial Psychology
\n\tLaw
\n\tPrior working experience
\n\tPossess analytical & problem-solving skills
\n\tNumerate with good attention to detail
\n\tResult-focused with strong leadership, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
\n\tStrong implementation\/team building \/collaboration and\u00a0 project management skills
\n\tAbility to work well under time pressure
\n\tProactive and Willing to learn<\/p>\n
