Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:<\/p>\n
To contribute in maximizing the profitability of the Brand Flagship Store by supporting the Stockroom Operational needs and delivering a Flagship Stockroom Model for our consumers:<\/p>\n
\tTo maintaining an effective and organized stockroom and logistical environment
\n\tTo executes store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the store, sales floor and back of house<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBe aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
\n\tUse retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
\n\tBe a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
\n\tAccurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and do this in a timely manner.
\n\tEnsure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
\n\tComply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
\n\tIdentify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success
\n\tGuide and train selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors
\n\tCollaborate productively and respectfully with team members
\n\tMake yourself available to support other team members when needed
\n\tComplete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job
\n\tSeek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance<\/p>\n

Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 6-12 month\u2019s work experience in a sports\/fashion customer- and commercial focused retail environment with stockroom knowledge experience, with a retail industry understanding
\n\tIntermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
