This role also includes the leadership and performance management of the Purple Relationship and Internal Banker teams, ensuring the delivery of a differentiated, high-touch client experience. The Relationship Manager drives revenue growth through client retention, acquisition, and team excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Client Relationship &amp; Service Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as the strategic advisor for high-net-worth clients, ensuring proactive, personalized, and seamless service.<br \/>\n\tDrive portfolio growth and profitability by leveraging the full Discovery product suite.<br \/>\n\tContinuously enhance the high-touch service experience using client feedback and analytics.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent execution of the service model across the Purple Team.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, coach, and motivate the Relationship and Internal Banker teams to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and develop talent within the team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular performance reviews, call assessments, and provide constructive feedback.<br \/>\n\tResolve escalated cases and ensure quality standards are consistently met.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Enablement &amp; Innovation<\/p>\n<p>\tGuide the development of analytics capabilities to support personalized pricing and product bundling strategies.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and service delivery.<br \/>\n\tEncourage out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex client and operational challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance &amp;
