\tThe Claims department requires an intern to support and assist in Motor Assessing team with day-to-day activities. We are seeking a motivated detailed orientated individual to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in the Motor Assessing field. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with Finance Houses\/Banks in order to obtain NATIS documents
\n\tProcess NATIS documents before handing it over to SP
\n\tProcess salvage payment once received
\n\tArrange collection of \u00a0salvage with auctioneers
\n\tLoad SP stock numbers
\n\tHandle salvage related queries
\n\tLiaise with service providers, advisors, investigators, clients and Finance Houses in regards to outstanding NATIS documents
\n\tHandle and resolve queries from clients and service providers
\n\tValidate, investigate and finalise salvage claims within set targets
\n\tProcessing of received NATIS documents.
\n\tPayment of salvage claims and the updating of all records
\n\tFinalise all administration regarding salvage claims
\n\tConduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tExcellent administration and Organisational skills
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tComputer literate is essential (Excel experience is compulsory)
\n\tSelf-disciplined and self-motivated
\n\tProblem solving\/initiative
\n\tDeadline and results oriented
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tTakes ownership and responsibility<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric qualification or equivalent
\n\tN4 in Motor Mechanics or equivalent<\/p>\n
