Minimum Qualification Required<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Standard 10\/NQF 4
\n\tTertiary qualification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years short-term claims insurance experience
\n\tMinimum 5 years Claims Investigations experience, more specifically Accident claims
\n\tExperience in Personal lines products essential.
\n\tSolid understanding of claims systems and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, and
\n\tlegal department processes<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tOwn vehicle and valid South African driver\u2019s license.
\n\tValidating claims by meeting with clients, Brokers, SAPS officials, tracing witnesses compiling investigations report on the work done in line with Miway Claims Philosophy.
\n\tManaging validations of Accident claims and other skill sets when required.
\n\tReaching company goals and targets set for the Commercial and Personal line Investigations department.
\n\tAdministering assigned claims and set tasks.
\n\tManaging client and broker expectation.
\n\tKnowledgeable on Broker procedures.
\n\tMaintaining set timelines on the processing of claims.<\/p>\n
