external) Help develop initiatives to increase sales and share<br \/>\n\tSuggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities<br \/>\n\tEffective operational management<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to call diaries<br \/>\n\tDrive world class execution in field on time and within set parameters<br \/>\n\tAccountable for the success and execution of the current promotion against the brief<br \/>\n\tEffective knowledge sharing (including management of field intelligence)<br \/>\n\tBe alert to competitor activity and potential tenders<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of current market trends<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective communication of information to Field Force<br \/>\n\tEffective client and customer relationship management<br \/>\n\tProactively build relationships with clients and customers and ensure they are kept informed Ensure prompt problem solving<br \/>\n\tEffective administration and asset management<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate salary input and monitor and control expense claims<br \/>\n\tEnsure scorecard compliance<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective management appraisals (C BAND and up)<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective leave management and administration<br \/>\n\tConduct HR audits<br \/>\n\tConduct disciplinary hearings as required<br \/>\n\tIn the regions, ensure office hygiene and equipment are maintained<\/p>\n<p>Effective people management<\/p>\n<p>\tTake full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports, managing their performance in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management:<br \/>\n\tRecruitment<br \/>\n\tInduction<br \/>\n\tDevelopment<br \/>\n\tRemuneration and Rewards<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management<br \/>\n\tCareer path and succession planning<br \/>\n\tOn-the-job training, coaching &amp; mentoring<br \/>\n\tStaff wellbeing<br \/>\n\tManage Employment Equity targets<br \/>\n\tEnsure appropriate levels of management and accountability<br \/>\n\tMotivate, delegate and empower appropriately, enabling direct reports to take responsibility and display creativity and initiative<br \/>\n\tDrive efficiencies, economies of scale &amp; resource<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance against processes, policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tEnsure KPI Targets are achieved<br \/>\n\tResponsible for ensuring in-store staff are creating an exceptional shopping experience by supporting knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing and up skilling through relevant &amp; appropriate learning\/teaching channels<\/p>\n<p>Effective teamwork and self-management<\/p>\n<p>\tActively and consistently maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects of personal presentation and delivery<br \/>\n\tApply knowledge of the organizational systems, structures, policies and procedures to achieve results<br \/>\n\tFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained<br \/>\n\tProvide appropriate resolution for tasks or deadlines not met<br \/>\n\tSupport and drive the business\u2019 core values<br \/>\n\tMaintain a positive attitude<br \/>\n\tRespond openly to feedback<br \/>\n\tTake ownership for driving own career development<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum Qualifications: Relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 7<br \/>\n\tMinimum Experience: 5 \u2013 6 years\u2019 relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp;
