\tPerform Daily Plant Inspections and Maintenance Tasks as per maintenance schedules.
\n\tPerform Shutdown Maintenance Tasks.
\n\tRespond to Ad Hoc- \/ Breakdown requests.
\n\tPlanned Maintenance System Adherence. \u00a0(Job Cards \/ Inspection Schedules to be completed and returned to the Team Manager)
\n\tEnsure compliance with all safety regulations. (Following lockout procedures, signing and managing of work permits, wearing correct PPE,participating in daily safety discussions, and attending monthly safety meetings.
\n\tMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by properly storing tools and materials, and ensuring all machines and workstations are kept \u00a0 \u00a0 in good, operational condition.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExperience (More than 1 year will be advantageous)<\/p>\n
Hydraulics<\/p>\n
\tPerform maintenance on all hydraulic systems. (Cylinders, valves, controls, filters, pumps, hoses, and fittings)<\/p>\n
Mechanical <\/p>\n
\tRepair equipment like gearboxes, pumps, fans, drives, and valves to restore normal operation.<\/p>\n
Electrical<\/p>\n
\tBasic electrical fault finding, Connecting \/ disconnecting components etc.<\/p>\n
Basic Instrumentation<\/p>\n
\tBasic process instrumentation (solenoids, limit switches, rotary switches\u2026)<\/p>\n
Basic rigging and lifting technique<\/p>\n
\tTo perform basic rigging, and do basic lifting with the following equipment:
\n\tChain block and slings, Lever hoist, Wire rope, web slings, shackles, eye bolts, Oblongs, air hoist and air winch.<\/p>\n
Arc Welding<\/p>\n
\tTo perform basic welding and gas cutting.<\/p>\n
Assemblies of machinery<\/p>\n
\tMust be able to dismantle, assemble different types of equipment.<\/p>\n
Primary Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTrade Relevant N3\/ Technical Matric\/ NCV L4 with maths and science<\/p>\n
Additional vocational\/ specialised qualifications\/ certifications<\/p>\n
\tMillwright Trade Test<\/p>\n
