Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPlatform Management:\u00a0Own and manage our internal communication platforms (e.g. intranet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email tools, SMS, WhatsApp for Business, etc.)
\n\tContent Publishing:\u00a0Support the publishing of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
\n\tPlatform Optimisation:\u00a0Continuously evaluate digital tools and workflows to ensure platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
\n\tTroubleshooting:\u00a0Act as first-line support for internal stakeholders needing help with communication platforms.
\n\tInsights & Reporting:\u00a0Track platform usage and engagement metrics, and use data to drive improvements.
\n\tChannel Strategy:\u00a0Work with the internal communication team to select the most effective digital channels for campaigns and day-to-day updates.
\n\tGovernance & Best Practice:\u00a0Develop and uphold content standards, templates, naming conventions, and governance protocols for digital platforms.
\n\tInnovation:\u00a0Stay up to date with digital communication trends and bring fresh ideas for improving the digital employee experience.
\n\tPoster & Visual Asset Management:\u00a0Coordinate the design, printing, distribution, and timely updating of physical posters across all office locations.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years’ experience in digital communication, internal communication, or platform management.
\n\tStrong knowledge of internal communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Mailers, WhatsApp, SMS, or similar).
\n\tComfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail, especially when managing content or data.
\n\tProactive, self-motivated, and collaborative with a passion for employee experience.
\n\tStrong communication and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in a large corporate or fast-paced organisation.
\n\tExposure to communication campaigns and\/or change communication initiatives.<\/p>\n
