Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of manual, EDI orders, deliveries and returns
\n\tEnd to end management of customer orders (From capture until confirmed delivery, and queries)
\n\tMaterial substitution management
\n\tDaily Order query resolution
\n\tOrder cuts daily reason code maintenance.
\n\tInvestigation of delivery shortages and failures
\n\tShelf-life requirements alignment
\n\tSystem\/orders housekeeping (Order management)
\n\tRelevant and requested customer reporting<\/p>\n
Who we are looking for:<\/p>\n
\t3-4 years of customer service experience within FMCG
\n\tGrade 12
\n\tPost graduate qualification in supply chain \/ Transportation \/ Logistics (Advantageous)
\n\tFamiliar with CRM systems and practices (SAP)
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (N.B. Excel)
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tSupply chain operational knowledge<\/p>\n
