Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in Programme Development and Implementation:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in good planning and implementation learning experiences and an environment which meets the needs and interests of children in all developmental areas.
\n\tAssist in arrangement of trips and outings of educational value for the children on a regular basis with parents\u2019 permission.<\/p>\n
Assist in Administration:<\/p>\n
\tBe accountable and keep records of all monies received by you.
\n\tKeep an updated and systematic filing system of all required records by the Centre.
\n\tKeep all registers and records up to Centre\u2019s Policies and principles.<\/p>\n
Communication:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure parents\u2019 concerns are handled with care resolved accordingly in time.
\n\tEnsure team work and corporation is well maintained within colleagues.
\n\tMaintain good relationships with all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Health and Safety:<\/p>\n
\tPerform health and safety assessment checklist regularly.
\n\tUpdate incident or injury forms.
\n\tDisinfecting and cleaning space.
\n\tMonitoring the hygiene of the mask, washing hands and maintain social distance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12).
\n\tTeaching tertiary qualification \u2013 minimum NQF level 4.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:<\/p>\n
\tGood written and verbal communication.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure.
\n\tMulti task.
\n\tPrioritize workload.
\n\tMeet deadlines.
\n\tGood attention to detail.
\n\tAbility to work independently.
