Key Performance Outputs<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be reporting to Technical Manager Enterprise Applications \u00a0and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure technical alignment of business requirements to IT architecture.
\n\tDevelopment of functional requirement specification in line with business requirements.
\n\tDevelop test plans.
\n\tConduct in depth analysis into the performance of the business processes executed across multiple Oracle modules to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
\n\tConduct in dept data analysis to identify problems in business process execution across multiple Oracle modules.\u00a0
\n\tPerform change management related activities.
\n\tMaintain system documentation.
\n\tEnsure quality and integrity of documentation.
\n\tEnsure all IT staff and service desk staff are trained on systems.
\n\tComplete project activities within agreed timelines.
\n\tConduct Testing.
\n\tEffective service delivery.
\n\tResolve incidents and service requests according to service level agreements.
\n\tAccurate and timely reporting on issues.
\n\tAdhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
\n\tProvide technical \/ professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives.
\n\tAssure stable employee relations by managing conflict and creating a positive working environment.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:<\/p>\n
\tBachelors Degree (3 years \u2013 360 credits) in Information Technology\/Computer Science\/Informatics\/Accounting is essential
\n\tBachelor Honours Degree \u2013 Information Technology\/Computer Science\/Infromatics\/Accounting \u2013 Advantageous
\n\tOracle e-Business Suite \u2013 6 years Operational Experience \u2013 Essential
\n\tOracle Fusion ERP \u2013 1 Year Operational Experience – Advantageous<\/p>\n
