Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProject manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
\n\tThis will involve ensuring all programmes are effectively running, or seeking new solutions to improve the programmes
\n\tAccountable for project initiation, budget control, project management, risk management and reporting
\n\tWork closely with other L&D teams to ensure all planned activity is implemented and achieved
\n\tImplement tutor briefings ahead of the L&D programmes
\n\tAgree scope of work and final sign off with third party suppliers; overseeing relationships with third party suppliers ensuring service and quality is sustained, to agreed Service Level Agreements
\n\tBe the escalation point for programme queries and risks, and work with the team lead as needed
\n\tSupport the Course Executive to draft implementation project plans and ensure all logistical requirements to run the programme are clearly defined, this enabling the implementation team to work effectively
\n\tCoach and supervise more junior members of the LI&R programmes team<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tExcellent project management, and risk management, budgetary (including ownership of multiple budgets and associated activities e.g. setting and monitoring) and organisational<\/p>\n
skills<\/p>\n
\tAbility to build and develop strong relationships at all levels, and work collaboratively to create value for the firm
\n\tSome experience with coaching\/supervision of more junior team members and the ability to create an environment of trust
\n\tGoal orientated \u2013 maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables
\n\tCommercially orientated \u2013 keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions
\n\tProven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as a track record of working professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
\n\tCommunicate confidently and effectively, at all levels, both in written and verbal form \u2013 interpersonal skills and networking are key
\n\tStrong analytical skills to effectively identify issues and be able to apply sounding conclusions resulting in the right solution, at the right time and at the right cost.
