KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tAssist employees in the region with payroll\/salary related activities.
\n\tCompile attendance registers for Admin and Security Departments
\n\tAssist employees with the completion of ill-health and retirement claims.
\n\tRelieve the switch personnel as and when required.
\n\tKeep copies of claims sent to Head Office on a monthly basis.
\n\tAssist the stores\u2019 personnel with stock taking when required.
\n\tReconcile leave, overtime and standby for submission to head office.
\n\tAssist employees in region with payroll\/salary related activities.
\n\tCompile and reconcile all vehicle log sheets for all departments and submit them to head office on a monthly basis.
\n\tCompile rent and electricity accounts for employees as well as private tenants.
\n\tPreparation of claim forms for Medical practitioners and FEMA.
\n\tProcessing and finalization of petty cash claims.
\n\tReconcile and sign off on petty cash on a weekly basis.
\n\tProper handover of petty cash to substitute custodian when going and returning from leave.
\n\tAlways ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
\n\tObserve Health and Safety Protocol.
\n\tAll assignments directed from time to time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tMinimum 1-year clerical experience
\n\tCommunication skills
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tCustomer care.
\n\tValid driver’s license.<\/p>\n
