Responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Contract Owner in executing his\/her accountabilities
\n\tSupport Contract Owner with Scope of work change requests
\n\tAccompany Contract Owners at SLA meetings with vendor and support Contract Owner in managing Contractor Performance
\n\tAttend site visits at the relevant Operation as and when required
\n\tSupport contract owner in performing Control Self Assessments for applicable contractor management
\n\tCollate survey reports to verify quantity of services rendered by vendors for Mining Contracts
\n\tPerform monthly reconciliations between the Operations survey and the contractor\u2019s reports
\n\tPerforms diesel CAP\u2019s reconciliations for applicable Contracts and sends to Contract Owner for sign-off
\n\tReport on and take actions if there are deviations from service level agreements
\n\tManage and ensure cost is complete
\n\tEnsure Contractor compliance to scope of work as per contract
\n\tAssist in compiling and maintaining the Operations Contractor database
\n\tCreate requisitions for common services on behalf of all Operation end-users as identified
\n\tUtilise business systems effectively
\n\tAdhere to governance policies and procedures
\n\tPromote and adhere to the business code of conduct

Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Advanced Certificate in Contract Management or related field
\n\tMinimum 3 years working experience
\n\tHave knowledge of safety regulations, company policies and procedures
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office)
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tIn possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding of accounting policies and ERP systems (SAP)
\n\tAccounts Payable experience
\n\tExperience working in the mining industry
\n\tContract management experience<\/p>\n
