\tGuiding prospective participants through their decision to join a GVI program
\n\tConverting inbound leads via phone, email, live chat, and virtual events
\n\tHosting breakout sessions at GVI Virtual Open Days to spark excitement and close deals
\n\tUsing sales tools and strategies to effectively convert interest into enrollment
\n\tManaging your pipeline with precision using Salesforce CRM
\n\tBecoming an expert in GVI\u2019s conservation, community, and education programs
\n\tWorking rotational shifts to engage with leads across global time zones
\n\tNurturing alumni relationships to encourage repeat and referral business<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of closing (experience in tourism, education, or impact sectors a bonus)
\n\tFluent English, written and spoken
\n\tConfidence communicating via phone, email, and live chat
\n\tOrganised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
\n\tTech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce experience preferred)
\n\tEnergy, charisma, and a passion for helping others take life-changing steps
\n\tFlexibility to work rotational shifts covering international markets<\/p>\n
Bonus if you also have:<\/p>\n
\tInternational travel experience
\n\tExperience working with global markets (EMEA, APAC, US)
\n\tA background in social enterprises, education, or volunteering<\/p>\n
