\tAs a Telemarketing Contact Centre Intern, you\u2019ll support operational excellence by helping to improve campaign effectiveness, streamline administrative processes, and provide performance insights.

What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with daily campaign performance tracking and reporting.
\n\tSupporting the administration and coordination of call centre schedules, targets, and incentives.
\n\tHelping to identify operational gaps and opportunities for workflow optimisation.
\n\tContributing to data quality checks and accuracy of agent performance records.
\n\tCollaborating with supervisors and team leaders to prepare dashboards and insights.
\n\tAssisting in documenting processes, SOPs, and performance review feedback loops.
\n\tSupporting the use and enhancement of business systems and tools used in the contact centre.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tA relevant diploma in Business Administration, Business Systems, or Mathematical Technology
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with business software

\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tInterest in contact centre operations and customer-focused environments<\/p>\n
