As an Agricultural Sales Representative, your mission will be to identify opportunities, build relationships, and offer WOW cleaning and care solutions to farms and agri-businesses nationwide. You will be based out of HQ which is based in Boksburg – East Rand, how there will be nation wide travel.\u00a0
\n\tYou will drive direct sales of K\u00e4rcher\u2019s agricultural product range, including our high-performance cleaning systems, and provide on-site demos that highlight our superior German-engineered technology. You\u2019ll be the face of K\u00e4rcher in fields, farms, and feedlots. Helping South African agriculture work cleaner, smarter, and more sustainably.<\/p>\n
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in field sales (3+ years), preferably in agriculture or technical equipment.
\n\tMatric is essential; a Sales or Agricultural qualification is advantageous.
\n\tStrong understanding of the agricultural environment, seasonal trends, and buyer behaviour.
\n\tExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n\tA high level of independence, discipline, and initiative.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel extensively.
\n\tSpeaking Afrikaans will be an advantage\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your WOW impact:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed sales targets across the agricultural segment.
\n\tMaintain a minimum of 25 in-person customer visits per week.
\n\tConduct at least 3 product demos weekly at farms and agri-sites.
\n\tSubmit a minimum of 10 quotes weekly.
\n\tEnsure timely and accurate data entry into our CRM system (OneView).
\n\tRepresent K\u00e4rcher at agricultural expos, roadshows, and field days.<\/p>\n
