Business Partnering<\/p>\n<p>\tTo provide recommendations on how to schedule the workforce based on operational requirements.<br \/>\n\tTo identify internal and external barriers to accomplishing strategic workforce goals.<br \/>\n\tTo continuously partner with businesses to advise on strategy-aligned organisation structures, drive effective workforce planning, and drive change management programs.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Operations, HR People partners and business to drive workforce optimisation, implement operating models, manage change and address labour productivity.<br \/>\n\tPartner and work with senior management and People Partners to finalise and implement solutions.<br \/>\n\tTo provide data analysis tools (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.) to assist with measuring the workforce management progress.<br \/>\n\tEnsure systems\/tools are maintained and updated at all times, including ensuring all information is correct\/accurate\/up-to-date and in line with VIP.<br \/>\n\tTesting and evaluating pilot solutions before implementation; verifying results.<br \/>\n\tInterpreting data and results into actionable initiatives for business and People partners.<br \/>\n\tTo source and recommend current scheduling systems to improve efficiencies continuously.<br \/>\n\tTo research the best practices in scheduling systems within the retail environment.<\/p>\n<p>Workforce Capacity Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan future projections of staffing needs, forecasting resource growth based on organisational goals.<br \/>\n\tReview, update and improve capacity management methods and practices, research key trends and associated impacts of these on the business.<br \/>\n\tProviding a comprehensive source of required talent supply and demand data, predictive analytics and insights into real-time job markets.<br \/>\n\tAssess talent risk to ensure critical ratio cover is maintained.<br \/>\n\tIdentify critical roles within the business and ensure appropriate processes are in place for effective pipeline management.<br \/>\n\tAgile Project Management &amp; Analytics<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding complex business needs and scope of work; establishing priorities and goals; developing action plans; obtaining and allocating resources while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.<br \/>\n\tMonitoring progress against milestones, assessing for continuous improvement purposes, and adjusting the plan to make course corrections and to address new workforce issues.<br \/>\n\tOrganising, facilitating, and directing cross-functional meetings to share information, evaluate progress, and implement changes.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Operations in developing, implementing, and analysing metrics and methodologies to measure project success, summarising and evaluating project results and process performance.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to help stakeholders understand the results.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse data in order to seek areas of improvement and solutions to problems.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand and interpret the results of the findings with stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tCommunicating project status with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Team Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCoaches the team in order to ensure the required performance meets the appropriate standard<br \/>\n\tMeasures and manages the team to ensure out-of-line situations are immediately addressed<br \/>\n\tCommunicates information in a timely, accurate, and understood manner to all team members<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tWeekly workforce reports<br \/>\n\tTo compile on-time and accurate reports based on data findings; compile reports that include graphs, tables, images, lists, stats, or other ways of presenting information that can be easily understood to enable improved decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Effective teamwork and Self \u2013Management<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain a positive attitude<br \/>\n\tTake ownership of driving your career development (skills and knowledge)<br \/>\n\tPlan and priorities, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands to achieve agreed deliverables<br \/>\n\tCommunicate effectively, maintain relationships<br \/>\n\tFollow any lawful and reasonable instruction from your line manager<br \/>\n\tAct as part of the team mainly assisting other members of the team to achieve common goals<br \/>\n\tConsistently live and be an example of the Company&#8217;s values<br \/>\n\tTimely reporting of all instances of suspected or proven fraud via the appropriate reporting channel<br \/>\n\tAdherence to the company policies and associated company policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications &amp;
