Financial Manager<\/p>\n
\tOur client, a well-established entity within the agricultural sector, is seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to manage and oversee their financial operations while supporting strategic decision-making processes within the business.
\n\tThe position will be based in Pretoria East, Gauteng.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBCom Accounting or BCom Honours in Accounting (Honours advantageous).
\n\tSAIPA or SAICA registration advantageous but not required.
\n\tA minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience in a financial management role.
\n\tIndustry exposure within the agricultural sector is advantageous.
\n\tOwn vehicle and valid driver\u2019s license are essential.
\n\tPrevious exposure to Draftworx, SAP, SYSPRO, or Xero advantageous.
\n\tAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
\n\tBudgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, develop forecasts, and monitor cash flow.
\n\tCompliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with SARS requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax submissions.
\n\tInternal Controls & Systems: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems.
\n\tRisk Management: Analyse the organisation\u2019s liabilities and investments to manage financial risk.
\n\tTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the Financial Director and contribute to overall financial strategy.<\/p>\n
