Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAccountable to deliver the activities of the Area HR Generalist 1 and the following essential activities within the assigned area:
\n\tHR Core, Operations\/Compliance, Legal\/Workforce Relations essential work
\n\tEscalated issues with background checks and worthiness review
\n\tDisability accommodation review
\n\tPayroll processing, final pay, etc.
\n\tBelonging and diversity initiatives support (Including Employment Equity reports).
\n\tService missionary conflict resolution
\n\tAlternative work arrangement implementation
\n\tWorkforce communications
\n\tEvent planning for the area workforce, as needed
\n\tEducation\/tuition reimbursement administration
\n\tOff-boarding processes and tasks
\n\tExit survey administration
\n\tOther essential tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMust be in possession of a Current Temple Recommend or be certified by their priesthood leader to be worthy to hold a temple recommend.<\/p>\n
Required:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree and 2 years professional experience or any combination of equivalent education and work experience.
\n\tProficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office (especially Excel,\u00a0Word, and PowerPoint), and digital communication tools. Ability to adapt to new HR technologies is essential.
\n\tSolid working knowledge of HR operations with a compliance mindset.
\n\tFamiliarity of best practices of HR functions.
\n\tKey skills and core competencies include the ability to:

\n\tManage and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively
\n\tDemonstrate strong time management skills
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service
\n\tProblem solve and provide effective solutions
