Job Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and customer growth for the assigned therapies: Clinical Nutrition \u2013 Immediate Focus. Anaesthesia \u2013 Future Focus.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve revenue sales and targets for the assigned therapies within own geographical or business area
\n\tManage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, build and develop professional long-term customer relationships
\n\tPrepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by our client\u2019s
\n\tPlan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes on our client\u2019s CRM portal
\n\tPropose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for our client
\n\tMaintain presence in all existing and target customers
\n\tDeal with customer complaints and implement corrective actions as per our client\u2019s SOP
\n\tContinuously assessing the market for new customers\/opportunities\/risks to our client\u2019s portfolio
\n\tPresent client products and their advantages
\n\tOrganize and distribute all needed promotional material in line with marketing strategies
\n\tParticipate in congresses and other customer events as well as organizing company hosted events as per territory requirements
\n\tProvide customer training and support\/assistance where needed
\n\tWork closely with sales and other supporting roles within the organization
\n\tA willingness to travel within the territory (frequent daily and country trips are required), as well as nationally\/internationally.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Skills & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree required.
\n\tDietetics degree would be a strong advantage.
\n\tScientific or medical\/para-medical degree and a strong scientific background – preferable
\n\tMinimum 3- 5 years sales experience within the Healthcare\/Pharmaceutical\/Medical industry
\n\tExisting relationships with Dietitians and Anaesthesiologists in the specified territory will be an advantage
\n\tStrong Computer literacy skills<\/p>\n
