\tProcessing inter-branch financial transactions accurately and timeously
\n\tMaintaining records and ensuring proper supporting documentation
\n\tAssisting with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
\n\tSupporting financial month-end and year-end processes
\n\tLiaising with departments to ensure smooth financial operations
\n\tEnsuring adherence to company financial procedures and regulations
\n\tAssisting with audit preparation and providing relevant documentation
\n\tCompiling financial summaries and reports for review
\n\tCarrying out ad-hoc duties as required
\n\tWorking independently and maintaining a flexible approach
\n\tDemonstrating professionalism and leading by example
\n\tApplying the 5S principles: Sort, Set in Order, Standardise, Self-discipline, Sustain
\n\tTaking responsibility for ensuring the department runs smoothly<\/p>\n
Criteria<\/p>\n
\tMatric (compulsory)
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business (beneficial)
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in finance or accounting administration
\n\tStrong numerical accuracy and analytical ability
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and accounting systems
\n\tExcellent time management and organisational skills
\n\tMeticulous attention to detail
\n\tAble to work both independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
