\tMidas is seeking a target-driven and enthusiastic Sales Person for our branch in Welkom.
\n\tThe role involves meeting sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
Specific Role Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage customer\/counter sales and ensure that optimal customer potential is achieved.
\n\tAchieve the sales target set by the Sales\/Branch\/Retail Manager
\n\tPlan, forecast and report on sales potentials by customer.
\n\tReport all competitor pricing and activities.
\n\tReport all customer information regarding delivery, telesales and account problems.
\n\tAchieve revenue targets and ensuring that new business is generated by growing customer base and increasing market share in the geographical area of responsibility.
\n\tBuild and strengthen customer relationships.
\n\tReceive inbound customer sales inquiries
\n\tProvide quotations, product and service information
\n\tProvide support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries
\n\tAssist all other departments (Accounts, Despatch, Warehousing, Receiving and Technical) to ensure good co-operation within the company does minimize customer queries.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\t2 \u2013 3yrs motor spares parts sales experience.
\n\tExtensive experience in a sales environment dealing with customer needs.
\n\tThorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility.
\n\tTechnical background would be an added advantage.
\n\tSkills and Personal Attributes
\n\tBe a good team player
\n\tSome business acumen, understanding the costs and breakeven scenarios of customer service delivery
\n\tShould be able to carry out his\/her responsibilities with little supervision
\n\tGood planning and time management skills<\/p>\n
