DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tDrive digital transformation in specialist lending.
\n\tBuild, maintain, and scale robust full-stack applications for lending platform.
\n\tDrive development across front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
\n\tCustomise and extend Salesforce CRM functionalities to meet lending process needs, handling all hands-on implementation.
\n\tWork closely with teams across the business to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
\n\tLead platform optimisation and ensure scalable code for future growth.
\n\tContribute to tech strategy and architecture.
\n\tAct as a key voice in shaping the company\u2019s tech direction, with a view toward future leadership.
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance concerns.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in both Lending\/Financial Services and Salesforce (Non-negotiable).
\n\t6+ years of experience across:
\n\tSalesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, APIs, Flows)
\n\tFull Stack Web Development (React\/Vue, Node.js\/.NET or similar)
\n\tInfrastructure, DevOps, and Security Fundamentals
\n\tExperience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and data modelling.
\n\tComfortable adapting WordPress Frontends and integrating Backend services.
\n\tAble to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end tech solutions.
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile environments.
\n\tConfident making foundational architecture decisions in early-stage teams.
\n\tAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Preferred to have \u2013<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.<\/p>\n

\n\tSalesforce Administrator
\n\tPrevious experience working in a scale-up, FinTech, or high-growth environment.
\n\tExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or AppExchange apps.
\n\tPrevious exposure to process\/tooling improvement in startup or early-stage environments.
\n\tExperience customising WordPress themes, plugins and building reusable UI components.
\n\tFamiliarity with introducing Git-based workflows, cloud environments (AWS or similar), and CI\/CD pipelines.<\/p>\n
