KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tManage the end-to-end shipment process for small\/mid-sized customers (Essential Services Customers) in compliance with all company procedures.
\n\tEnsure timely and effective resolution of customer issues by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
\n\tHandle a customer portfolio and perform financial situation follow-up, as well as overall business customer business knowledge.
\n\tExecute all assigned tasks efficiently and with a responsibility and open mindset for changes and adjustments.
\n\tRespond promptly to daily emails and calls (external\/internal) and provide excellent customer service.
\n\tCoordinate ocean shipments and logistics while processing all needed work.
\n\tBuild strong relationships with all stakeholders, including offshore GSC teams, to deliver a positive customer experience and ensure a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment life cycle.
\n\tWork closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment life cycle.
\n\tDemonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\tEnergetic, well-organized, self-initiated, and good coordination skills are a must.<\/p>\n
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n
Someone with:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in customer service in freight forwarding and logistics.
\n\tCustomer-centric mindset.
\n\tGood knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with multiple systems.
\n\tFluency in English is a must.
\n\tProblem-solving and critical thinking skills.
\n\tTeamwork and team mindset.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
