We\u2019re seeking an Administration Assistant to drive success at AVI Field Marketing Shared Services Division in Bloemfontein. This role will provide administrative, financial, and reporting support to the Field Marketing team, ensuring accurate data management, expense tracking, and effective coordination across departments. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting Structure:<\/p>\n
\tReports to: Regional Operations Manager<\/p>\n
Key Areas of Impact:<\/p>\n
\tCapture and voucher purchase orders; allocate expenses accurately
\n\tTrack, analyse, and report on departmental charges vs. budget
\n\tInput and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly budgetary expenses
\n\tCompile sales reviews, cycle briefs, and sales reports (daily\/weekly\/monthly)
\n\tMaintain regional master data and control promotional free stock
\n\tCompile and capture expenses and provide feedback on expense reports
\n\tManage and update the asset register, including disposals
\n\tPrepare PowerPoint presentations
\n\tProcess purchase and sales orders
\n\tReport incidents and conduct vehicle checks
\n\tGenerate daily sales and service level statistics by area, product, and customer
\n\tAssist with sales target compilation and customer interaction
\n\tSupport Field Marketing ASM and Key Account Managers
\n\tOversee POS materials, uniforms, and company vehicle records<\/p>\n

\tA minimum of three (3) years administration experience in an FMCG environment is essential<\/p>\n

\tSolid understanding of HR policies and procedures
\n\tClear knowledge of the full payment process
\n\tProficient in capturing and following up on purchase orders
\n\tStrong grasp of cash book operations (credits, debits, returns)
\n\tFamiliarity with petty cash handling and reconciliation
\n\tKnowledge of the order capture process and discount application
\n\tComputer literacy in MS Office and Outlook
\n\tWorking knowledge of SAP<\/p>\n
