PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tUses the sales tools in line with the agreed sales process to maintain and develop a sales pipeline and customer information.
\n\tIncrease conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results.
\n\tAchieve Predetermined Sales targets\u00a0
\n\tComplete, update and maintain all required sales administration and reporting systems in compliance to policies and prcedures
\n\tLocate potential business through research, prospecting, tele-canvassing and cold calling
\n\tAttend to phone enquiries and leads from colleagues
\n\tConduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.\u00a0
\n\tUndertake needs analysis by conducting thorough survey of client premises
\n\tComplete site risk assessments for every client proposal\u00a0
\n\tReport all findings back to the client by presenting a proposal, which includes a pricing structure, that describes the benefits of using our services.
\n\tApproach the client portfolio for annual price adjustments
\n\tMaintain and improve the client retention target rate by building and maintaining professional client relationships
\n\tFocus on building relationships with clients
\n\tDrive client retention especially clients in their 1st year of their agreement
\n\tIncrease the client portfolio by identifying cross and up selling opportunities
\n\tAttend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership<\/p>\n
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tRecent Graduate – Sales, Biodiversity , Life Sciences, Entomology with some Sales related field of study is preferred
\n\tDrivers Licence – essential with good ability to drive a vehicle
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tNo previous experience required – a passion for learning and getting involved in the field is essential
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tAbility to develop strong and mutually beneficial customer relationships
\n\tDetermination and motivation to achieve new business targets
\n\tStrong planning and organisation skills to manage a sales territory effectively
\n\tIT Literate
\n\tAbility to perform well under pressure
\n\tNumerical and literacy skills<\/p>\n
