\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer Trainee to join our growing team at SGS Bateman in Greenstone, South Africa. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates \u00a0to gain hands-on experience in the field of electrical engineering.
\n\tAssist senior engineers in designing and developing electrical strategy to suit the unique project or client requirements
\n\tParticipate in the creation and modification of electrical schematics and drawings using CAD software
\n\tHelp conduct tests and reviewing cable schedule
\n\tAssist in the production of discipline specific design according to schedule and budget
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently
\n\tContribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation
\n\tAttend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills
\n\tAssist in implementing safety protocols and quality control measures<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
\tBe a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
\n\tBe between the ages of 18-30
\n\tMust be currently unemployed<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field\u00a0<\/p>\n
Knowledge \/ Skills:<\/p>\n
\tBasic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and circuit design
\n\tFamiliarity with CAD software for creating electrical drawings, will be an added advantage
\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving abilities
\n\tEffective communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\tAbility to work efficiently in a team environment
\n\tEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies<\/p>\n
