Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and control the production demand for raw material, packing material and finished goods by aligning with the production plan and coordinating with purchase, production, etc. to support manufacturing effectively and ensure compliance to cGMP and safety.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tManage the depot operations to ensure smooth functioning of stores:
\n\tMaintain the Stores in compliance with company policies and vision
\n\tOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
\n\tAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
\n\tMonitor activities related to inventory control in order to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse operations:
\n\tReview and maintain receipt, issuance, despatches and accounting of goods
\n\tReview the accounting of all transaction related to goods in SYSPRO\/SAP
\n\tEnsure the goods are stored as per the storage conditions
\n\tControls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
\n\tManage the disposal of process waste on daily basis to clear the area and reduce space constraints and maintain hygiene of the area:
\n\tManage the disposal of rejected and expired goods within timeframe
\n\tMonitor the safe clearance of non-moving inventory
\n\tMonitor all the waste \/ expired goods when gathered at one location
\n\tEnsure GDP and safety requirements are met by timely updating the team about revised guidelines to avoid any deviation within department while facing audits:
\n\tMaintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
\n\tEnsure online entry, retention and destruction of records as per SOP
\n\tEnsure safe working conditions for man and goods and adherence to Health, Safety and Environment policy of company by providing training
\n\tAlways operate equipment with extra caution\/care (For example: Reach trucks, forklift truck or pallet jacks).
\n\tMonitor timely movement of goods from factory to distribution to meet OTIF requirements:
\n\tKeep abreast of all the collections, credit policies, Expiry & settlements
\n\tPerform check on daily transactions of stock, outstanding transactions and delivery plans<\/p>\n
Educational qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12, Forklift\/Reach Truck Drivers License and Stock and Stores related Diploma<\/p>\n
Relevant experience:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years experience in a stores\/supply chain\/logistics environment
\n\tTraining on current GMP
\n\tTraining on (SHE) Safety Health and Environment<\/p>\n
