The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
\n\tManage client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.
\n\tEscalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers in a timely manner.
\n\tProvide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value.
\n\tBuild positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
\n\tMaintain client records and documenting processes.
\n\tThrough post service surveys, identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
\n\tKeep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends.
\n\tRecommend product improvements based on client services feedback.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tFinancial Degree or
\n\tAccounting\/Economics Degree or
\n\tBSc Information Systems or
\n\tMarketing Management Degree or
\n\tBusiness Administration Degree<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tData Analytics
\n\tSales Experience is advantageous
\n\tCustomer Service experience advantageous
\n\tProblem solving
\n\tResilient and able to work under pressure.
\n\tEffective communication skills both written and verbal.<\/p>\n
