Main Purpose of The Role:<\/p>\n
\tSell the Road Logistics services and solutions for the company.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tFind new business opportunities
\n\tMaintain a healthy pipeline for future deals
\n\tRespond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries
\n\tBe a brand ambassador that represents the company\u2019s brand and values
\n\tDemonstrates advanced product knowledge (domestic courier and distribution and cross border BLNE)
\n\tAdheres to all company policies and procedures
\n\tRegular travel in and around KZN to meet clients<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements: (non-negotiable when screening)<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 sales experience in the logistics industry
\n\tSales achievements and skills attained within the industry
\n\tValid drivers license and own vehicle.
\n\tSkills of achieving targets and generating new leads
\n\tStrong negotiating and selling skills
\n\tBe well-groomed and presentable.
\n\tHave excellent people skills and intuitive to client\u2019s needs.
\n\tComputer literate in software such as Microsoft Office (Word\/Excel\/Power point
\n\tExperience working on CRM systems
\n\tExperience in developing leads and researching potential clients
\n\tWorking well as part of a bigger sales team but also able to deliver and work independently.
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and present to new and existing clients and tender experience<\/p>\n
Essential Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tProven track record of successful Sales (Proof of achievements required)
\n\tAny post-matric qualifications in sales will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Advantageous Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGreat written and Verbal communication skills
\n\tTime management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and closes sales in a timely manner.
\n\tWillingness to adapt and implement new sales methods and strategies
\n\tProduct knowledge
\n\tQuick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers\u2019 needs and concerns
\n\tComputer packages (please specify whether essential or advantageous)
