Technical Leadership & Team Development<\/p>\n
\tArchitect and implement scalable data and AI solutions aligned with Telco-specific challenges and opportunities.
\n\tProvide technical direction and mentorship in building out the DMA (Data Management & Analytics) team.
\n\tLead the evaluation and adoption of modern data technologies and frameworks<\/p>\n
\u00a0AI Strategy & Delivery<\/p>\n
\tChampion the design, delivery, and operationalization of AI\/ML models that drive measurable business value.
\n\tDefine AI adoption roadmaps and ensure successful integration into business workflows and systems.
\n\tOversee AI use case identification, prioritization, experimentation, and scale-up.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.
\n\tEngage with\u00a0C-level executives\u00a0and senior stakeholders to shape the data and AI agenda and translate strategic objectives into data initiatives.
\n\tCommunicate complex data concepts and insights clearly and persuasively to business and executive audiences.<\/p>\n
Data Governance & Quality<\/p>\n
\tAdvocate and implement data management best practices, including data lineage, quality, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
\n\tWork with the Head of DMA to develop and institutionalize governance frameworks and policies.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0Strategic Initiatives<\/p>\n
\tAct as a thought leader in identifying emerging trends in data and AI relevant to the Telco industry.
\n\tPlay a key role in enterprise-wide digital transformation and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
\n\t8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related fields, with demonstrable leadership experience.
\n\tProven track record of\u00a0AI\/ML delivery at scale\u00a0in enterprise environments, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
\n\tDeep understanding of cloud data platforms, AI\/ML technologies, and data lifecycle management.
\n\tExperience in managing or growing technical teams.<\/p>\n
