Position Overview<\/p>\n
\tMRI Software is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our clients by managing lease data, processing rents, and ensuring contract accuracy within our software systems.
\n\tThis role is ideal for someone with a background in lease abstraction, billing, or property operations who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRead and interpret lease contracts and invoices
\n\tEnter and maintain lease data in MRI Occupier or similar systems (e.g., Horizon, Prolease)
\n\tReview documentation and flag any discrepancies or missing information
\n\tAction client rent payments and perform reconciliations
\n\tSupport ongoing data integrity and client reporting needs<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\t1\u20132 years of experience in lease administration or a similar role
\n\tExperience reading and abstracting real estate leases
\n\tFamiliarity with lease management software (MRI Occupier a plus, not essential)
\n\tBasic billing and reconciliation experience
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
\n\tStrong analytical and organisational skills
\n\tAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
\n\tCustomer service mindset and a team-oriented attitude
\n\tProficiency with Microsoft Office and business software tools
\n\tSelf-starter with a strong ability to learn independently<\/p>\n
