Your Mission, Role and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tThe Squeeze Control Graduate supports the Squeese Controller with daily, weekly and monthly purchasing, sales and squeeze controlling functions, analysis and projects that are required by the business.<\/p>\n
THE MAIN MISSIONS OF THE ROLE ARE TO:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Squeeze Controller during monthly closings : data collection and consolidation, preparation of reports and analysis of variances.
\n\tMonth end closing \u2013 Purchasing month end \u2013 Analyse and report LTA\u2019s CR notes, Passtrhough items (example FX \u00a0Alloy) etc.
\n\tMonth end Reviews \u2013 Compile purhasing P&L for 4X plants and assist with Powerpoint presentation and comments.
\n\tMonth end BG P&L consolidations and commodity reporting.
\n\tMonthly Forecast purchasing \u2013 Assist purchasing with compiling forecast, Purchasing P&L, Bill of Matrial (BOM) explosions etc.
\n\tMonth end Sales and purchasing Reviews \u2013 Assist with Powerpoint sale and purchasing Squeeze preperation and presentations for 4 plants (FX, Alloy and C3)
\n\tMonthly forecast squeeze \u2013 Sales and purchasing squeeze (FX, Alloy, and C3), gather info from plant controllers and Magritte extracts
\n\tWeekly Estimates \u2013 Weekly price variance downloads from SAP to understand level of performance vs targets. \u00a0Weekly meeting with purchasing \u00a0to assess status vs budget and forecast.
\n\tOthre tasks \u2013 CR note tracking, EA recon checking, selling price simmulations and other add hoc tasks.
\n\tGraduate Training Project \u2013 Extra Alloy passthrough
\n\tYour profile and competencies to succeed<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have\/be:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree in Business with a specialization in Auditing and Management Accounting\/Costing
\n\tAcademic results above 70% in their final year whilst maintaining a 60% average over the duration of their studies
\n\tProficiency in MS Office Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word
\n\tA first experience in Management Accounting is a plus
\n\tUnderstand standard costing, Bill of materials, and variance alalysis.
\n\tStrong written and oral communications skills
\n\tStrong analytical skills and rigor, agile with figures
\n\tResults-oriented, committed team-player
\n\tWillingness to grow in a high pressure environment
\n\tInternational mindset
\n\tFluent in English
\n\tAvailable to commence work immediately if successful
\n\tFully mobile, for relocation, if required<\/p>\n
