Role Summary<\/p>\n
\tAs a Sales Executive, you are a frontline force in driving revenue, building retailer relationships, and expanding market share.
\n\tYou will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring brand presence in stores, and identifying new business opportunities \u2014 all while embodying the companies ethos of agility, trust, and ownership.<\/p>\n
Geographic Area to be covered :<\/p>\n
\tSouthern Cape region – including the Garden Route, Overberg, Central Karoo, Swellendam to Cape St Francis, including Cape Agulhas<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive sell-in and sell-through of products across assigned territories or accounts
\n\tIdentify and acquire new retail or distribution partners
\n\tBuild strong, long-term relationships with buyers, store managers, and field reps
\n\tMaintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines
\n\tExecute in-store promotions, activations, and merchandising plans
\n\tCollaborate closely with logistics and ops to ensure seamless delivery
\n\tProvide market feedback to support product and marketing development
\n\tUphold the companies sustainability values and educate customers on product benefits
\n\tReport weekly on KPIs, sales progress, and account status<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t\u200bMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in FMCG, retail, or mobile accessories sales
\n\tProven track record of hitting sales targets
\n\tExperience working with retail chains or distributors preferred
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license, own car and willingness to travel
\n\tPassion for sustainability a plus<\/p>\n
