\tSteam.
\n\tRand Water.
\n\tCompressed Air.
\n\tDemineralised Water.
\n\tLiquid Nitrogen.
\n\tOperation of Sewage Plant.
\n\tCooling towers.<\/p>\n
Process Management<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0To assist the Shift Foremen in doing the regular inspections and logging of plant parameters of the following Utilities as well as liaise with Maintenance Services.<\/p>\n
General tasks an actions<\/p>\n
\tIdentification and reporting of defects and malfunctions leaks and any deficiencies in plants and associated distribution systems.
\n\tEnsuring a clean, safe and neat plant environment at all times.
\n\tWearing of the correct personnel protective equipment (PPE) as applicable in plant.
\n\tLogging of incidents and actions as required.
\n\tOversee Coal delivery, Nitrogen deliveries, Effluent disposal as and when required.
\n\tComply with BBS requirements.
\n\tComply with SHEQ requirements.
\n\tEnsure that the systems and equipment are clean in accordance with the specified requirements.
\n\tEnsure that measures implemented in cleaning of systems and equipment adhere to environmental, safety and quality requirements in accordance with the applicable INS documents.
\n\tAdhere to HR rules, i.e. working hours, sick leave, leave etc.
\n\tAdhere to HSE guidelines, prevent accidents and wear PPE as prescribed.
\n\tStrive to always ensure that the systems and equipment are clean at all times.
\n\tCommunication with customers Section Head, Shift Foremen and Process Controllers in order to ensure that the support required is fulfilled.
\n\tSupport and work according to QMS rules and utilise prescribed documents.
\n\tSatisfy statutory requirements as a Chemical worker and Noise worker.
\n\tBe a team player.
\n\tWork overtime as and when required.
\n\tIdentify deficiencies and implement actions required to ensure systems and equipment are clean.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 certificate or Equivalent.
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License.
\n\tOne (1) year experience in similar production plants<\/p>\n
