Core Description<\/p>\n
\tTo partner with the Sales force to co-ordinate, manage and develop the production of sales and other communication documentation (e.g. presentations; invites, agenda, RFP’s, RFQ’s; RFI’s and proposals) with the focus on ensuring a competitive sales edge.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tCompile outline documentation with a competitive sales edge focus
\n\tReview final documentation by proof reading for integrity and accuracy (e.g. RFP’s)
\n\tAnalyze and package information to ensure documentation is managed appropriately.
\n\tSupport the proposal process by ensuring that all statutory and relevant documentation is up to date.
\n\tDevelop, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships with key stakeholders across all Sales teams and support functions, and provide ongoing support to the Bid Managers.
\n\tProcess the end-to-end production of lower value\/volume bids.
\n\tSupport Sales during customer negotiations where appropriate.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in Business Management or Administration

Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 years\u2019 experience in compiling tender responses, marketing, and sales.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\t5 years\u2019 experience in compiling tender responses, marketing, and sales.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tProfessional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
