Purpose of Job<\/p>\n
\tTo administer the implementation of activities in specified environmental programmes and to contribute to the improvement of environmental practices to facilitate compliance with environmental regulations and company specifications.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver on service level agreements.
\n\tDeliver quality, cost effective service and support on time.
\n\tPerform environmental standby and practice environmental awareness.
\n\tSupport vision\/values and goals.
\n\tSharing of knowledge with peers and stakeholders.
\n\tImprove personal technical and specialist skills and knowledge.
\n\tEnsure work meets technical and professional objectives.
\n\tImplement and maintain ISO system, assist with the population of the legal register and completion\/maintenance of impact and aspect registers.
\n\tEstablish and ensure professional standards for service provision are met, and communicate recommendations on analysis, problem solving and decision quality.
\n\tAdapted to changing business environment and work requirements, solved problems, provided data on time.
\n\tSupplying, collating and verifying data for Sustainable Development reporting.
\n\tAttendance of SHE meetings and report on environmental performance.
\n\tTrack the implementation of corrective actions.
\n\tCompile assessment reports, conduct emergency water sampling.
\n\tMade a full contribution to statutory compliance and management.
\n\tCompliance assessments of water use licenses, environmental authorizations, EMP’s, waste licenses and atmospheric emission licenses.
\n\tNew ideas, thinking and approaches adopted and supported by the business.
\n\tConsistently meet customer and business needs and requirements and Build constructive working relationships with manager, peers, clients and other service providers and attendance of Systems and Compliance Forum.
\n\tCommunicate and behave professionally so that actions result in high level of credibility, trust and respect.

Formal Education<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate with Mathematics, English and Science
\n\tBachelor degree in Environment<\/p>\n
Working Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience: 6+ relevant years<\/p>\n
