Client Relationship Development<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
\n\tDevelop and cultivate positive business relationships with clients across seniority levels with regular contact regarding campaigns and other issues such as a crisis.
\n\tUnderstanding clients core business objectives and the nature of the pace of change within the sector and the ability to adapt.
\n\tUnderstanding the variables and trends that shape the current market and categories.<\/p>\n
Client Service\/ Business Management<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for overseeing internal stake holders and working with agency subject matter experts to ensure client deliverables align with plan and client expectations, and delivered on time.
\n\tCo-ordination of partner agencies and in leading the account and integration.
\n\tLeading the business in a constructive and creative manner.
\n\tEnsuring delivery of agency\u2019s product, especially the strategic and creative product.
\n\tGuidance of creative teams to ensure that clients business objectives and strategy is always reflected in all work in order to allow the creative work to clearly reflect the brand positioning.<\/p>\n
Process<\/p>\n
\tOwns the development and management of client program, project goals, schedules and deliverables from internal agency teams and resources.
\n\tAssist BUD and BD to identify and improve process and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Financial Management<\/p>\n
\tOwns the financials for clients, ensuring that all key financial responsibilities are mutually understood and agreed upon.
\n\tSupport ethics of cost control and income growth through the team and oversee the management of income for all client accounts.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership<\/p>\n
\tLeads cross-capability teams to deliver customer-centric, creative thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives and goals.<\/p>\n
ROLE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge and experience with all disciplines within advertising (account services, creative, digital, production, strategy)
\n\t10 years experience in advertising account management.<\/p>\n
