Essential Functions:<\/p>\n
\tConduct market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
\n\tDevelop strategies and manage brand marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers\u2019 expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
\n\tAnalyse the success of brand marketing campaigns and create reports.
\n\tSupervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
\n\tManage a team of managers, coordinators and assistants.
\n\tDefine and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media for the internal team and external markets.
\n\tCreate, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
\n\tCustodian of the brand and maintain brand integrity.
\n\tMust possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
\n\tMust be able to support media, retail, brand, CSI, online, activation pillars.
\n\tEffectively resolve escalated issues and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
\n\tDefine, continuously improve and drive adoption of the processes, governance, tools and technology, methods and standards to establish optimal practices.
\n\tCoach and develop Team to improve individual performances and ensure a culturally aligned team.
\n\tHave regular, quality development conversations and drive the required action to support team members’ growth and contribution to the team and company culture. Performance\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (matric certificate required).
\n\tTertiary education \/ Marketing Degree (an advantage).
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in a senior Marketing or Brand Management role is preferred.
\n\tAbility to create, interpret and present data and reports.
\n\tFull understanding of the marketing pillars.<\/p>\n
